บริษัท แอมพ์ คาร์ เรนทอล เซอร์วิส จำกัด (“บริษัท”, “เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ข้อมูลติดต่อ: ชื่อ–นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ บัญชี LINE/WhatsApp อีเมล ที่ส่งผ่านแชต แบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์ หรือทางโทรศัพท์
ข้อมูลเพื่อทำสัญญาเช่า: สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง (Passport), ใบอนุญาตขับขี่, ข้อมูลเงินมัดจำ และรายละเอียดการชำระเงิน
ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์: ข้อมูลที่เก็บผ่านคุกกี้และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น หมายเลข IP ชนิดอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ หน้าเว็บที่เข้าชม (ดูข้อ 8)

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

ติดต่อกลับ ตอบคำถาม และเสนอราคาการเช่ารถ
ทำสัญญาเช่า ยืนยันตัวตนผู้เช่า และดำเนินการรับ–ส่งรถ
เรียกเก็บเงิน ดูแลเงินมัดจำ และจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชี/ภาษี
ดูแลความปลอดภัยของทรัพย์สิน และใช้เป็นหลักฐานกรณีเกิดความเสียหายหรืออุบัติเหตุ
ปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์และบริการผ่านการวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน (analytics)

4. ฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผล

การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา — เพื่อดำเนินการเช่ารถตามที่ท่านร้องขอ
ความยินยอม — สำหรับการติดต่อทางการตลาดและคุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็น ซึ่งท่านถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย — เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทรัพย์สินและการป้องกันการทุจริต
การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย — เช่น การเก็บเอกสารตามกฎหมายภาษีและบัญชี

5. การเปิดเผยและการแบ่งปันข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่: ผู้ให้บริการที่สนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน เช่น ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน บริษัทประกันภัย ผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์/คลาวด์ และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (เช่น Google); และหน่วยงานราชการหรือผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมาย เมื่อมีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผยตามกฎหมาย

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น เอกสารสัญญาเช่าและเอกสารทางบัญชีจะถูกเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายภาษีและบัญชีกำหนด (โดยทั่วไปประมาณ 5 ปี) เมื่อพ้นกำหนด เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิ: ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล, ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง, ขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล, ขอถอนความยินยอม, ขอคัดค้านหรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูลในบางกรณี, ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ติดต่อใช้สิทธิได้ที่ช่องทางในข้อ 1 เราจะดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

8. คุกกี้และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (Analytics)

เว็บไซต์นี้ใช้คุกกี้และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ของบุคคลที่สาม ได้แก่ Google Analytics 4 และ Google Ads เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการใช้งานเว็บไซต์และวัดผลโฆษณา ข้อมูลที่เก็บอาจรวมถึงหมายเลข IP (แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน) พฤติกรรมการเข้าชม และที่มาของการเข้าชม ท่านสามารถปิดหรือลบคุกกี้ได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะระบุวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน

Amp Car rental service co.,ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) respects and protects your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

2. Personal Data We Collect

Contact data: name, phone number, LINE/WhatsApp ID, email — submitted via chat, website forms, or phone.
Rental contract data: copy of national ID card or passport, driver’s license, security-deposit details, and payment information.
Website usage data: data collected via cookies and analytics tools, such as IP address, device/browser type, and pages visited (see Section 8).

3. Purposes of Processing

To respond to enquiries and provide rental quotations.
To enter into rental agreements, verify the renter’s identity, and arrange vehicle delivery/return.
To process payments, manage deposits, and prepare accounting/tax documents.
To protect our property and serve as evidence in case of damage or accident.
To improve our website and services through usage analytics.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Performance of a contract — to fulfil the rental you request.
Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; you may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — for asset security and fraud prevention.
Legal obligation — e.g. retaining records under tax and accounting law.

5. Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as necessary with service providers supporting our operations (e.g. payment providers, insurers, website/cloud hosts, and analytics tools such as Google), and with government authorities or law enforcement where legally required.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Rental agreements and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically around 5 years). After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the PDPA, you have the right to: access and obtain a copy of your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing in certain cases; data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise any right, contact us via the channels in Section 1.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and third-party analytics tools, namely Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, to understand website usage and measure advertising performance. Collected data may include (anonymised) IP address, browsing behaviour, and traffic source. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
