เงื่อนไขการเช่ารถ

เงื่อนไขนี้ใช้กับการเช่ารถยนต์และมอเตอร์ไซค์ทุกประเภทกับบริษัท แอมพ์ คาร์ เรนทอล เซอร์วิส จำกัด (รายวัน / รายเดือน / รายปี และบริการรับ–ส่งรถ)
1. คุณสมบัติผู้เช่าและอายุ
ผู้เช่าต้องมีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ
2. ระยะเวลาเช่าขั้นต่ำ
เช่าขั้นต่ำ 1 วัน (24 ชั่วโมง)
3. เอกสารที่ต้องใช้
- บัตรประชาชน (คนไทย) หรือหนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ
- ใบอนุญาตขับขี่ที่ใช้ได้ในประเทศไทย (ใบขับขี่สากลสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ)
4. เงินมัดจำ
- รถยนต์: มัดจำ 3,000–30,000 บาท (ตามรุ่นรถ) วางเป็นเงินสดหรือกันวงเงินบัตรเครดิต
- มอเตอร์ไซค์: มัดจำ 1,000–5,000 บาท (ตามรุ่น)
- เงินมัดจำคืนเต็มจำนวนเมื่อคืนรถในสภาพเรียบร้อยและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายค้างชำระ
5. การชำระเงิน
รับชำระเงินสด · โอนเงิน · สแกนชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต
6. ประกันภัยและค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก
รถยนต์ทุกคันมีประกันภัยชั้น 1 กรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ผู้เช่ารับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก (excess) 3,000 บาท
7. นโยบายน้ำมัน
รับรถน้ำมันเต็มถัง–คืนรถน้ำมันเต็มถัง หรือใช้บริการเติมน้ำมันให้ โดยคิดค่าใช้จ่ายตามจริง
8. ระยะทาง
ไม่จำกัดระยะทางภายในประเทศไทย* (ค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมคิดตามพื้นที่ให้บริการ)
9. การรับ–ส่งรถ
รับ–ส่งฟรีถึงสนามบินเชียงใหม่และในเขตตัวเมือง · พื้นที่นอกเขตคิดค่าบริการตามจริง
10. การคืนรถล่าช้า
คิดค่าปรับเป็นรายชั่วโมง: รถเก๋ง 100 บาท/ชม. · SUV 200 บาท/ชม. · กระบะ/รถตู้ 300 บาท/ชม. · รถหรู 800–1,000 บาท/ชม.
11. เงินจองและการยกเลิก
เงินจองสามารถเลื่อนวันรับรถได้นานสูงสุด 6 เดือน · กรณียกเลิกการจอง ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี
12. ข้อห้ามในการใช้รถ
- ใช้ขับขี่ภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น (ห้ามนำออกนอกประเทศ)
- ห้ามใช้รถผิดกฎหมาย ขับขณะมึนเมา ใช้แข่งรถ หรือขับลุยทางออฟโรด
- ห้ามให้ผู้ที่ไม่ได้ระบุในสัญญาเป็นผู้ขับขี่
13. ราคาและภาษี
ราคาที่แจ้งทั้งหมดยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)

Rental Terms & Conditions (English)

These terms apply to all car and motorbike rentals with Amp Car Rental Service Co., Ltd. (daily / monthly / yearly, plus delivery & pickup).
1. Eligibility & Age
Renters must be 20 years or older and hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
2. Minimum Rental
Minimum 1 day (24 hours).
3. Required Documents
- National ID card (Thai) or passport (foreign customers).
- A driver’s license valid in Thailand (International Driving Permit for foreigners).
4. Security Deposit
- Cars: THB 3,000–30,000 (by model), in cash or credit-card hold.
- Motorbikes: THB 1,000–5,000 (by model).
- Fully refunded when the vehicle is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges.
5. Payment
Cash · bank transfer · credit-card scan payment.
6. Insurance & Excess
All cars carry first-class (Class 1) insurance. In an accident the renter is liable for an excess of THB 3,000.
7. Fuel Policy
Full-to-full (receive and return with a full tank), or we can refuel for you at actual cost.
8. Mileage
Unlimited mileage within Thailand* (extra charges may apply by service area).
9. Delivery / Pickup
Free to Chiang Mai airport and within the city · out-of-area locations charged at actual cost.
10. Late Return
Hourly charge: sedan THB 100/hr · SUV THB 200/hr · pickup/van THB 300/hr · luxury THB 800–1,000/hr.
11. Booking Deposit & Cancellation
A booking deposit can postpone the pickup date for up to 6 months · cancellations are non-refundable in all cases.
12. Prohibited Use
- Driving within Thailand only (no cross-border).
- No illegal use, no driving under the influence, no racing, no off-road.
- Only drivers named in the agreement may operate the vehicle.
